Independent Trustee Company (ITC) is one of the largest providers of self-administered pensions in Ireland.
The main objectives for ITC's new website were to modernise its digital presence and significantly enhance the overall user experience. Their previous website, built on outdated technology, suffered from limitations in functionality, security vulnerabilities and difficulties in performing updates.
ITC sought to launch a more reliable, future-proof platform that better reflects its brand identity, supports its evolving needs and offers improved navigation and accessibility, ensuring information is easy to find across all devices. The redesign was also envisioned to provide greater flexibility for content management and the future integration of new features.
We embarked on a full-scale redevelopment project to address these challenges. Our approach focused on migrating ITC to a modern technology stack, creating a secure and scalable foundation for their digital future. We implemented a user-centric design strategy, re-evaluating information architecture to improve navigation and content discoverability. This included a particular focus on making key information readily accessible and ensuring the entire platform performed optimally across desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
